Shipping & Returns

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after the ordering process is successfully completed.
These times serve only as a guideline and there may be unforeseen delays, which will be informed on the website.

Local Delivery

All orders within Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak, will be delivered by Poslaju and shipping will be based on weight. The tracking number will be provided once the item is posted.

There is a shipping calculator on the checkout page which will indicate the postage applicable. If you are buying more than 2 bags, please contact us at 012-3949540 and we will check the best rate available for shipping.

International Delivery

International orders will be posted using Registered Airmail and the tracking number will be provided once the item is posted.

Notes:

  • The estimated delivery times listed apply to major cities only and delivery to areas outside of major cities may incur additional days
  • Item may be subjected to customs inspection and/or clearance and therefore may incur additional 48 -72 hours
  • Item may be subjected to additional control and domestic rules of the destination country. Where such circumstances occur, the sender is advised to deal directly with the relevant authorities in the destination country
Customs and Import Charges

Customs or import duties may be charged once the items reaches its destination country. These charges vary from country and country and is the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We endeavour to closely inspect all bags for any defects prior to shipping. However, in case your item contains any defects, you may return the item to us in its original condition with all tags attached, and in the original packaging in its original condition, for a full refund. Kindly email us at sales@hessabags.com and include your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Returns must be posted within seven (7) days of receiving your item. For defective items, we will refund the cost paid for the bag and postage to return the bag. However, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), your refund will be issued within 7 business days.
